Should I try setting up my printer as a Classic Printer instead of a Cloud Printer?Ĭould the problem be that there was an automatic update to both Chromebooks that caused this problem? I am at a total loss.

I have gone to the url for the printer and tried re-registering it as a Cloud Printer and it didn't fix the problem. While this stays open on selection in a Web view, the group collapse in a Mobile view. I called Epson and they said it's not their problem. There seems to be a bug if you have 2 level grouping in a View. The new gray Chromebook is Samsung XE501C13-K02US. Last week I bought a gray Samsung Chromebook and as soon as I set it up, the problem started occuring on BOTH Chromebooks! The older silver Chromebook is Samsung XE303C12-A01US.

I have a silver Samsung Chromebook that has been giving me a proper print dialog box for years. There is no 'advanced settings' or 'print from system dialog box.' From my Windows devices I have the option for two-sided printing and it works fine. As you can see in the photo, when I try to print to my Google Cloud printer from my Chromebook, I get a very limited dialog box with no option for two-sided printing.

I hope you can help me because I am at the end of my rope here.
